Creating a Leadership Building Workshop

In our efforts to create a workshop centred around leadership building at the emotional level with the interaction with horses we would like students to help in all stages of planning and executing this self development initiative. This workshop that we are planning has the ultimate goal of enhancing leadership abilities at work, home and all aspects of interaction. In our efforts to create such a project we would like students to help in all stages of planning and executing this self development initiative. This includes the initial stages such as research regarding the human and subtle energy and its interaction with nature and other humans. The initial stages of the planning will also include research into body language and its effect on human interaction and leadership abilities. The students will also get heavy exposure into marketing as marketing the workshop would be a part of the role. For this project, you will need to: Understand our brand and mission Conduct research on our users, stakeholders, and competitors. Find creative ways to promote the workshop; which includes social media and other promotional materials such as videos, flyers and presentations Brainstorm and gather creative media for an optimal workshop presentation Identify trends and opportunities in our target market You will have access to frequent communication with us and required guidance along the way. We value everyone we work with and hence we will provide students with assistance and mentorship!

Marketing Strategy Plan for Biotech Products in Turf

We want students to help us build a marketing strategy plan to grow and engage our target market: Natural biological treatments to reduce and replace chemical fertilizers and pesticides in turf management. We’d like to know how we can maximize use of different channels and get recommendations to improve our messaging. The main questions we’d like students to help us answer are the following: How do students currently perceive our brand and marketing, based on publicly available information about our company? What channels should we utilize for promotion, including ones we are not currently using? What budget is appropriate for advertising, given our goals? How could our messaging be updated to better explain our value proposition? Determine whether fertilizer or pesticide is a bigger market
