Working with Gina and Radiant Girls has been such a great experience. From day one, she’s been super supportive and open to new ideas, which makes working on the marketing team really fun and creative. She’s the kind of leader who actually listens and values what everyone brings to the table. Her heart goes into everything and seeing all the little details that go into making that happen has been so cool to be a part of. My skills have improved even more with being not the marketing team. I had amazing team members to work with. It never felt like “work”. I’ve learned so much and honestly just love being part of a company that’s doing something meaningful.

Gina is a dedicated, empowering CEO/founder. She truly gives her all to Radiant Girls, and it shows in every step. Her dedication to the team, but also to provide the highest quality events/programs for RG is evident in everything she does. I enjoyed working with Gina, and feeling inspired in the ideating process. Creating an ambassador program from scratch, and launching in such a short time was challenging, but with Gina's help, I am confident in the success of it!
