You'd be right if you said that family and community are my passions. Meeting new people and building relationships is the foundation of every project I have had the honour to work on. Scouting and managing new branding and publicity clients as Managing Director of Konvo Media Inc. has connected me to many organizations I’m proud to work with, including Glow Christmas, Nature Canada, Oya Black Arts Coalition, and The Spelling Bee of Canada. My team has helped land coveted interviews for our clients on shows such as Breakfast Television, CBC News, CP24 Breakfast, CTV Canada AM, CTV Your Morning, Entertainment Tonight, Global Morning, and the Toronto Star.
I’m also the Publisher & Co-Founder of award-winning ByBlacks.com, the top-ranked online magazine for Black Canadians. It’s emerged as a bold, innovative platform leading the way in featuring diverse aspects of the Black Canadian community. In 2016, I received the Black Business and Professional Association; Men of Honour award.

We would like students to help us create content aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. We will ensure the student has a clear understanding of what these elements are for our organization. About ByBlacks Restaurant Week Get Ready to Feast! ByBlacks Restaurant Week (BRW) is back and bigger than ever! 🎉 Recently honoured with the prestigious Foodism ICON Award , this annual nationwide celebration of Black-owned Canadian food businesses is your ticket to delicious eats and unforgettable flavours. BRW promises to be a feast for the senses, featuring a wide range of cuisines from traditional African and Caribbean dishes to innovative fusion creations, all crafted by some of Canada’s most talented chefs. Participating restaurants, pop-ups, caterers, and food trucks across the country will offer Prix Fixe menus or $10 specials with discounts of up to 25%. The 2025 ByBlacks Restaurant Week is happening Monday, May 12, through Sunday, May 18.

About ByBlacks Restaurant Week 2022 Fall Edition A highly curated chance to experience Canada’s Black-owned dining establishments. The week promises the very best of delectable and diverse African, Caribbean, and Fusion cuisine. Participating Black-owned Canadian restaurants will offer a Prix Fixe (special) menu based on the Provincial rules for Dining in, Takeout, and Delivery, priced between $20 to $40 plus applicable sales taxes.
