Digital Content Creation

Swimingo is a tech-driven swim school offering personalized swim lessons at convenient times, prices, and locations. Our expert instructors teach at local or private pools, tailoring lessons to all ages and skill levels. We hope to revamp our social media and email marketing content to attract more customers. We would like students to help us create content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Create daily content for social media platforms, including Instagram and TikTok. Edit videos and utilize editing tools to produce high-quality content. Familiarizing themselves with our company’s services, marketing goals and target market. Researching factors affecting the quality of digital content. Recommending changes to existing digital content and designing new social media posts and emails. Recommending and designing new digital content not already used by our company. Using Canva and Figma to develop and design content. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing and improving designs based on feedback.

eCommerce Skincare Brand Launch

Welcome to MILO Multifunctional! We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for talented, resourceful students to contribute to our exciting project, MILO Multifunctional Launch! Main Goal: The primary objective of this project is to successfully launch our MILO Multifunctional Kitβ€”1 System/Kit, 3 Products, 20+ functions. We want students to understand the importance of their contributions and feel confident that the project is achievable within a realistic timeframe of 60 hours, spread over 2-8 weeks. The project is strategically timed with our product launch, so by the end, students will see the tangible impact of their work, culminating in the successful market introduction and sell-out of our first product round. Students will focus on managing the project timeline and supporting the execution our launch strategy. This includes supporting all aspects of our multi-channel launch efforts across social media and traditional media.Β  Project Scope and Expectations Over 4-8 weeks, students will collaborate with MILO and its founders to bring our first product to market. We will hire 2 people for this project and delegate the tasks according to interest and skill set, with one person focusing more on project management and another focusing on social and community engagement.Β  Both will report directly to the founders and will be in charge of executing various aspects of our strategic plan. Company Overview: At MILO, we are committed to empowering open-mindedness, creativity, and disruption. This project provides students with an invaluable opportunity to gain deep insights into the beauty industry, including its challenges and opportunities. Through our unique company culture and core values, we aim to foster a transformative impact on the world. We believe in creating safe spaces where individuals can reclaim their power and freedom. Our business model is consciously designed to be regenerative and sustainable, setting a positive example for others to follow. At MILO, we strive to lead by example, demonstrating that it is possible to build a business that not only thrives but also contributes to the well-being of people and the planet.
