Event Management For Summit

Every year CIBN Connect puts on over 500 online networking events, training courses, mastermind strategy sessions and corporate conferences. This year we are working on a summit that is happening in April. We are looking for 4 individuals to join the team who want to try their hand at online event management as we prepare for this large event. One of the ways that a company like ours increases in revenue is that it increases in influence. We get larger as our email list gets larger. More sales come in from our meetings when more people attend them. Large summits bring many entrepreneurs together at one time and that is good for the bottom line for them and us. Our participants will be: Contacting and interviewing potential speakers for the event. Contacting Chambers across Canada and the USA using email asking them to join in for the event (using our corporate email). Researching additional marketing avenues for the event. Posting content and advertisements about the event. Putting the event speakers and their offers into the event website portal. Creating graphics for the marketing of this event and posting those graphics on appropriate sites. Lining up the order of speakers. Sending out tools for the speakers and the joint venture project leaders. This will be a fun and fast paced environment. Everything is online, and much of the work can be done evenings and weekends, or whenever it fits into your schedule. Corporate email addresses will be given to those who are doing the work so they can communicate with other organizations and small businesses on behalf of our company.

Real Adulting 101 - Online Course - Riipen

Real Adulting 101 (an online, subscription based platform for adult education) would love to bring on individuals who would like to develop a course for Real Adulting 101. If you have a course that they feel qualified to and passionate about developing, we would love to hear from you! This could be Nutrition 101, Cleaning, Relationship Skills and many more. Basically, anything topic you think a young adult could benefit from having more guidance and education in. Some of our courses so far include Investing, Budgets, Real Estate, Sustainability, Home Organization, Therapy, Dealing with Rejection and several more. Depending on the length of the courses (how many lessons are included for the course), there may be time allotted for the development of a course. Courses are created in three steps: Course Curriculum (40% of time, approximately 32 hours) This includes creating the course that you are going to teach. You may include statistics, research, etc. We like to approach teaching simply so that everybody can understand. We do not assume that people have any base understanding of these subjects to begin with. Courses are broken down into bite sized lessons (video lessons to be 3-15 minutes). We encourage each lesson to come with an actionable step when applicable (journaling prompt, setting a routine to try, checking your credit score, making a goal associated to the learning, tracking past expenses, etc.). Developing Presentation (15% of time, approximately 12 hours) This is the visual presentation to accompany your video lessons. We have branded templates for you to develop your presentation off of. We find that visuals/text help our members learn easier and feel engaged by the lesson rather than just a talking head. Filming (35% of time, approximately 28 hours) We suggest zoom, loom or Canva Present as you go through your presentations and make each 3-15 minute video lesson. You do not have to have incredible, high end technology but we do ask that you have a mic that is clear and audible and video that is is clear and not distracting. We will also walk you through best tips on presenting on video. Wiggle Room/Meetings (10% of time, approximately 8 hours) Mentorship, questions, connecting with other team members for learning, etc. About Real Adulting 101: Real Adulting 101 is an online, educational, subscription-based platform where adults (yikes, that’s you!) can find all the education needed to break down adulting barriers, allowing for them to go from simply surviving to thriving. At Real Adulting 101, we supply you with the tools and guidance necessary to take control of your life, while providing entertainment, community, confidence and motivation. Time is money, and our members save both with no fluff content that leads them to desired results as directly and efficiently as possible (with a splash of fun too). We prioritize bringing on Adulting Guides under the age of 35 (to ensure maximum relevance to modern adulthood) and focus on individuals who represent varying genders, races, abilities, education levels and backgrounds. When applying, please let us know the course(s) you are interested in developing and the qualifications you have to create those courses.
