This is a First-Year Seminar entitled "Sustainability: Is It Good for Business?" Students will complete their 8-hour Bloomberg Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) certificates and will cover diffferent sustainability topics in class. The learners are capable of doing research, writing social media posts, etc.
ITE 340-Create Website and Evaluate User Interfaces

This experience focuses on the principles of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), where learners explore how to design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces. Participants will have the capability to apply user-centered design methodologies, conduct usability testing, and create interactive prototypes. The objective is to bridge the gap between theoretical HCI concepts and practical application, enabling learners to enhance user experiences in real-world projects.
Spring 2025 Managing Human Performance (MBA class)

This experience focuses on managing human behavior in organizations and its impact on organizational performance. Students will explore analytical frameworks for understanding individual, group, and inter-group dynamics, gaining knowledge and skills to address the complexities of organizational life. The experience also emphasizes developing awareness and competence in working with people from diverse backgrounds. Managing human performance is a dynamic and interdisciplinary field that draws on elements of the social sciences to address key organizational challenges. Through this experience, students will learn to motivate employees, enhance job performance and satisfaction, promote teamwork, and foster effective leadership, contributing to the creation of more efficient and collaborative business organizations.
