Brittany was very helpful in replying to all our questions about the task that we needed to do. She responded very quickly and gave very detailed instructions that helped us complete the video editing task. I highly recommend working with Real Adulting 101 as they are very helpful and considerate in providing feedback for our work. We learned a lot working with Real Adulting 101 to create quality content.

Real Adulting 101 is a great company to work with there are a lot of different areas in which you can gain experience so you never feel like you are doing mindless work. It is also a very relatable company because it is about helping you become a better adult.

RA 101 is a welcoming environment for individuals who are starting out with little to no experience. Staff is easily accessible during working hours, and able to answer questions or provide more details in regard to feedback and criticism. I encourage others to reach out to their team if you have any concerns regarding your work or current schedule (for the Level Up internship). They are willing to meet and discuss online on what's the best course of action to help you succeed in your work. The company was great to work with. They identified all tasks for the students to complete and worked with the students throughout the whole process. Students were all very happy with the experience they received from Adulting 101.

This project was a great learning experience. I spent a great deal of time learning to work as a team, communicating, and meeting deadlines as a team. It was a wonderful platform to explore in terms of learning about how the platform runs and operates and what it stands for. I think it is a great way for people to learn and explore different occupations or daily living skills. Communication was one thing that I feel could have been worked on throughout this project. While my team met every week, we did not hear from our employer as quickly as we would have liked. We understood this platform is busy and there may be other people the employer was working with. I also thought that there should have been clearer expectations of our project. Creating clearer expectations alongside a rubric or example/ model makes for less confusion on the other end. Overall, my experience here at Riipen has taught me a lot and I can carry the work I did in Adulting 101 into my current career and use it in my classroom. Thank you for the experience!

I enjoyed this internship SO SO much! I was super nervous at first, But Brittany was just amazing! And I have never written blogs before, so this was just an amazing experience, I could express my thoughts so well within the blogs! Will be an experience that I hold close to my heart forever!
