This project was a great learning experience. I spent a great deal of time learning to work as a team, communicating, and meeting deadlines as a team. It was a wonderful platform to explore in terms of learning about how the platform runs and operates and what it stands for. I think it is a great way for people to learn and explore different occupations or daily living skills. Communication was one thing that I feel could have been worked on throughout this project. While my team met every week, we did not hear from our employer as quickly as we would have liked. We understood this platform is busy and there may be other people the employer was working with. I also thought that there should have been clearer expectations of our project. Creating clearer expectations alongside a rubric or example/ model makes for less confusion on the other end. Overall, my experience here at Riipen has taught me a lot and I can carry the work I did in Adulting 101 into my current career and use it in my classroom. Thank you for the experience!
