The main goal is for the student to create a clear and supportive process for new clients to access everything they need and for us to have an organized process for clarifying what steps are missing for our clients to be fully onboarded. Provide online tech support for new clients setting up their profile.

Understand our current process and develop a clear onboarding process including creating a checklist, adding support and details around certain steps and potentially even creating a video to support the online process.
