Number of students required to work in team: 1 student

Working with GROW team to create, sell programs and draw attention to CC+P. The project may include, but is not limited to:

  • Work on & run campaigns with the team that supports in promoting awareness of the barriers that women are facing in the workplace.
  • Formulate audience-centered marketing and communications plans for the upcoming campaign and promotions by analyzing how our targeted audience thinks, speak, and act which can result in supporting candidates' career development. Also review branding across platforms, programs, and materials.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team to produce significant and convincing endorsement materials that aided in bringing partners to GROW
  • Research, analyze, and utilize available government funding opportunities by making initial calls and building relationships with grant funders
  • Support in building relationships with companies and partners across Canada
