Working with Willezy on enhancing their estate planning platform was a valuable experience. The employers were supportive and open to our ideas, which made the collaboration feel meaningful. It gave us a real-world perspective on how improving customer experience can directly impact user trust and engagement. Overall, it was a great opportunity to apply what we learned in class to an actual business challenge.
