Project scope

What is the main goal for this project?

The goal of this project is to equip learners with hands-on experience in deploying and administering a Windows Server environment. Learners will solve real-world infrastructure challenges by installing and configuring Active Directory, managing user roles and permissions, applying group policies, and deploying operating systems using Windows Deployment Services (WDS). By the end of the project, learners will understand the core components of enterprise-level Windows Server management.

What tasks will learners need to complete to achieve the project goal?

Learners will complete the installation and configuration of a Windows Server, set up Active Directory and group policies, and configure WDS for system imaging and deployment. Deliverables include a detailed deployment plan, configuration documentation, system images, a permissions and policies map, and an administration report reflecting best practices and lessons learned.
